.:Show your ineterest:.

Salam…tetiba jer rase nak jot down something so-called important for me.

Not to critic others but want to improve my social skill especially in communication field.

First and foremost, ask yourself Anim:

· What do you feel when your friend doesn’t pay attention on your speech?

· What do you feel when your friend is talking while you’re explaining something important?

WTF! WTH!

Then, ask yourself:

· Did you put 100% focus on your friend’s speech?

· Did you respond them correctly?

If no, don’t take heart! You deserve it, and believe me that people also would step out. In order to make people listen to us, listen to them first, that is my favorite quote from my friend. This theory also can be applied to this “In order to gain respect from others, respect them first”. Simple right!

Lets me share some of the tips on how showing interest.

Well we can show that we are interested and paying attention by;

1. Making eye contact à not too obvious la..Staring and gazing should be avoided. Just enough by look at a time so that they comfortable to us. Who knows that they would trust on us more in future!


2. Nodding your heads à this is minimum respond that we should give when people explaining, giving ideas and even critiquing us. This action can stimulate and increase their passion to talk more about themselves and even can reveal their top-top secrets! *sight*

3. Using specific words/ expressions like:

· Really?

· Yeah?

· I see?

· And?

· Oh?

· Oh yeah?

· Mmm-hmm

· Oh no!

· And so-on

Stress, stresser, stressest! --> which one is yours?

Salam sejahtera..sesaja nak berkongsi noktah

Punca stress

· Banyak kerja --> kerja rumah atau kerja sekolah

· Kerja tertangguh --> my bad habit!

· Banyak perkara perlu perhatian --> dan banyak orang perlu perhatian gak

· Tidak cukup tidur --> oversleep sometimes

· Tidak cukup rehat --> rehat 30 minit mana cukup, sklh bg 1 jam baru ckp

· Salah amalan permakanan --> overload=muntah balik. ngee

Tanda-tanda stress

· Bersikap panas baran --> tak stress pon marah2 gak

· Gelisah --> time panas2

· Gangguan selera makan --> x penah lagi :p

· Gangguan tidur --> correction gangguan tuk bangun ok!

· Hilang tumpuan --> lalalala

· Kemurungan --> bad mood la

· Kerisauan yang tinggi--> alert and concern pon salah ker??

· Keseluan --> biasalah stamina dah kurang

· Perasaan bersalah -->dah memang bersalah

Cara mengatasi stress

· Sentiasa senyum --> like Mc D? jgn over2 sudah!

· Power breathing --> like Power Rangers and the Gang

· Bincang dengan gembira --> sambil bergelak ketawa

· Istirehat --> lebih tepat tidur yer

· Pilih rakan yang periang--> like ME

· Amalan pemakanan yang baik --> diet seimbang la nie

· Pengurusan masa --> sentiasa ada jam meja (time table)

· Sukan dan riadah --> renang gaya bebas atas katil

· Zikir munajat --> sokong

· Dengar bunyi/muzik yang menenangkan --> tengok movie lg besh!

· Meluahkan perasaan --> ye dengan blog~

Factor mempengaruhi stress

Dalaman

· Harapan dan matlamat --> for me ni driving force nak blajar lg tekun (ye ke?)

· Sikap negative dalam diri --> trow it away

· Kelemahan pengurusan diri --> x dapek den nk nolong

· Kelemahan dalam komunikasi --> anti-orang-cakap-like-keling!

· Keperluan dan kemahuan terhadap:

1. Status dan kuasa --> GK posisi dlm netball (gila kuasa la)

2. Penghargaan --> sapa erk? ngaku je la anim, x bukan aku,dia! f

3. Kasih sayang-->janda haus*

4. Kesihatan --> doktor lagi tension kot. kot la kot

5. Keselamatan diri -->golongan Polis and Askar jek

Luaran

· Persekitaran

1. Cuaca --> panas komplain, hujan pon komplain

2. Bising-->slalu i yg uat bising ngeee

3. Sibuk -->ye la sngt

4. Amalan tempat kerja --> amalan ape??

· Beban kerja

1. Tugas berat --> angkat barang

2. Tugas banyak --> semak paper exam haha

· Hubungan dengan orang lain

1. Guru --> love 4ever

2. Rakan sebaya --> kwan dunia akhirat

3. Keluarga--> susah sng tnggung bsama


kesimpulannya kat sini, semua org ada masalah, semua org stress. and ingat Allah tidak menguji seseorg melebihi kemampuan sesorg itu. be more relax and cool!!!


Yang diperam pasti masak;

Yang direbus pasti mendidih;

Yang ditanak pasti menjadi bubur.


Memendam rasa;

Baik yang elok

Mahupun yang tidak

Semuanya pasti meletup.


Sedari hakikat setiap masalah

Berpunca daripada diri kita sendiri

Jadi kita yang perlu menyelesaikannya.
